Terms & Conditions for Earning Referral Commissions
  1. Referral Identification
    1. When you refer the app using the in-app referral feature, the email address of the referred person/entity will serve as the sole point of reference linking you (the referrer) to the referred party.
    2. If the referred person/entity changes their registered email address, stops using the referred email address, or creates a new account with a different email address, the referral link will no longer exist. In such cases, you will not be eligible for referral commissions, as our system does not track users across different email addresses.
  2. First Referrer Requirement
    1. You must be the first referrer of a specific email address in order to qualify for commissions.
  3. Subscription Requirement
    1. At the time of making a referral, you must be subscribed to at least the Individual Premium Plan.
    2. When a referred person/entity subscribes to a paid plan, you will only be entitled to commissions if you are subscribed to at least the Individual Premium Plan at that time.
  4. Loss of Eligibility
    1. If your Individual Premium Plan is cancelled, or if you downgrade to a lower plan, you will no longer be eligible for referral commissions.
    2. Re-subscribing to a Premium Plan at a later date will not reinstate previously lost eligibility for commissions.
  5. Ongoing Eligibility
    1. To remain eligible for referral commissions, you must at all times be subscribed to at least the Individual Premium Plan, and the referral link (via the referred email address) must remain valid.
Commission Structure
  1. Referrals of Broker Plans (typically for financial advisors)
    1. If all the above terms are met, you will receive 15% of the monthly contributions paid by the broker account you referred.
    2. Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid within 7 working days thereafter.
  2. Referrals of Individual Premium Plans
    1. If you refer 10 yearly Individual Premium accounts, you will receive a once-off payment of R500 once the 10th user’s subscription payment has been successfully received.
