        • Information gathering related to financial products and markets.
      2. Financial Advisors: Financial advisors may utilize the App as a tool to enhance the services provided to their clients, including:
        • Portfolio performance analysis.
        • Client management.
        • Communication with clients regarding portfolio performance and market insights.

    1. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in the App, we do not guarantee its completeness or correctness.

  5. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
    1. By using the App, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundsApp (PTY) Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App.
    2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

    1. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of user data.   9. Referral Policy
    1. FundsApp offers a referral program where users can earn rewards for successful referrals. Details of the referral program, including eligibility, reward amounts, and any applicable terms and conditions, can be found at Referral Policy.

  11. Recurring Subscriptions
    1. When opting for a recurring subscription, such recurring payment detail is send to our payment gateway provider.
    2. Payments against your payment card will automatically be initiated by our payment gateway provider, according to the specified subscription.
    3. Our payment gateway provider requires 15 days before your next bill date, in order to cancel a recurring subscription
      For example: if you Next Bill Date is 30 January, the latest date you can cancel your subscription to avoid 30January payment, is 15 January.
    4. If you try and cancel your recurring subscription after the cut-off date, the request will simply not be allowed and your next bill date will initiate a transaction.
  12. Termination of Access
    1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to the App if they violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
  13. Service Availability & Technical Issues
    1. FundsApp does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for any downtime due to maintenance, technical failures, or other disruptions.
  14. Compliance with Laws
    1. Users agree to comply with all applicable financial and data protection laws when using the App.
  15. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
    1. FundsApp (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
